


Micro Capital Lending
Premiant funds on average 12 to 15 unsecured notes per month from in-house capital that are available for sale on the secondary note trading market.
These notes have a 3-year or 5-year time horizon during which fixed monthly payments are received. The credit policy is quite strict and results in less than 10% of the loan applications received being approved. All loan applications are reviewed and funded in-house. The loans are unsecured and thus feature interest rates that ranging from 5.42% all the way up to 21.59%. The interest rate for each prospective loan is calculated by a mathematical model that starts from the borrower's credit history. Using the credit score as the basis of historical credit performance, the loan is first assigned a base grade. Then the base grade is modified with a sub-grade that fluctuates based on credit risk indicators such as the following:
Premiant Capital does not solicit external capital investments, but all notes being held by Premiant Capital are available for sale on the secondary market via the industry standard loan trading platform, FOLIOfn. Of the loan inventory, presently 3% are in funding, 82% are issued and current, 0% are in default, 0% have been charged off, 3% are late, and 12% have had their principal fully repaid. Premiant's current historical average net annualized return across all capital notes is 20.67%.
